DISMANTLING PREJUDICE TOGETHER

We were joined by some of Canada’s most influential leaders, contributors and community members to raise critical awareness and funds for our mission of dismantling prejudice and paying tribute to a Canadian who has championed our shared purpose to advance peace, equity, and prosperity for all.

This evening was so much more than a fundraiser - it was an opportunity to advance meaningful social change at a critical time in our society, and to connect with like-minded leaders and individuals working to create a more inclusive and united society where everyone can feel safe and thrive.

Your presence and support fueled dynamic and effective education, programs, dialogue, research, policy and training to equip people with the tools they need to dismantle prejudice. Thank you!

2023 PEACE PATRON

Our 2023 Peace Patron honouree was Wes Hall, the Executive Chairman and Founder the BlackNorth Initiative, Kingsdale Advisors, and WeShall Investments Inc.

As the Chairman and Founder of WeShall Investments Inc, a private equity firm supporting BIPOC entrepreneurs, Wes Hall comes from humble beginnings in rural Jamaica.

Today, Wes is a staunch philanthropist, and deeply committed to community upliftment. He founded the ambitious and highly successful BlackNorth Initiative to help end systemic anti-Black racism in Canada. He has instructed Black Entrepreneurship & Leadership at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, a first-of-its-kind course in North America.

I'm honoured to be selected as Mosaic Institute's 2023 Peace Patron. Like Mosaic, I believe everyone has a right to be free from discrimination and prejudice. A society that proactively works to dismantle prejudice at all levels provides pathways to increased prosperity for us all.” – WES HALL
