Established in 2007 by Toronto entrepreneur Vahan Kololian as Canada’s think and do tank, “the Institute’s mandate is to harness this country’s diversity for peace at home and abroad. All Mosaic Institute programs involve active learning (thinking) and hands-on community service (doing),” said Executive Director Bernie M. Farber.
